Normally the swarm will hang for a day or a week, while the scouts seek out a new home. When they agree on the new site, they will take off and move to the new site. Once in a while, they can't agree, or they cannot find a site, so they stay on the limb where they pitched. I'm gonna' give them an offer they can't refuse...
